DesgnPulse is a venture company. We build, own, and operate software products for institutions and founders who need operational infrastructure - not another tool. The flagship is live. The next deployment is already in the pipeline.
Institutions across East Africa run on group chats, spreadsheets, and collective memory. When the auditor arrives, someone scrambles. When a technician leaves, the process walks out with them.
Western software wasn't built for this. It's priced for Fortune 500 procurement, assumes a dedicated IT department, and takes support calls from twelve time zones away. Local vendors solve fragments - a payroll here, a learning platform there - but nobody built the layer above it all.
DesgnPulse builds that layer: workflows defined, tracked, audited, and acted on - from the chat apps staff already use. Institutions are complicated. We've built for that.
The flagship. One engine - workflow definition, task tracking, audit trails, chat-native interaction - applied vertical by vertical. CertificationOS, the first vertical, is live in production with real staff on it daily. FlowStacks has its own site, its own roadmap, and its own customer success. We built it; it stands on its own.
Same thesis, different operator. Creators running real businesses are operators too. CreatorBackend is in production and onboarding beta users - a purchasable operator kit plus a recurring platform. It proves the company can run a prosumer product alongside institutional infrastructure.
The largest build in the portfolio. Built by DesgnPulse over roughly a year before any other party was involved - the deepest technical proof of the pattern this page describes. TCEN operates it commercially; DesgnPulse remains the technical backbone. CampusOS, FlowStacks' second vertical, has a living reference implementation in this codebase.
The consumer bet - deliberately gated. Concept defined, positioning distinct, domain secured. Development begins when the flagship has earned it. We'd rather tell you that than pretend four products are all in flight at once.
A signal, not a revenue line. The configurations, conventions, and guardrails we use to ship the rest of this page - packaged and downloadable. It launches when there's something worth downloading, and not a day before.

The problem
A vehicle training centre certifying technicians on paper, spreadsheets, and memory. Certificates that couldn't be verified without a phone call. A seven-stage intern lifecycle nobody could see end to end.
When compliance questions came, the answer was reconstruction - hours of it, after the fact, under pressure. The institution wasn't disorganised. Its systems just lived in people's heads.
What changed
RRCT is the reference implementation for FlowStacks CertificationOS. Every deployment that follows is measured against it.
Every product in the portfolio is ours - pricing, roadmap, customer success. Not projects that end when a retainer runs out. Things with a version number and a future.
Infrastructure is a relationship, not a delivery. We answer when it breaks and improve it when it doesn't - because our name is on it and our revenue depends on it.
Each deployment proves the engine. Each proof opens the next vertical. The portfolio isn't a collection of experiments - it's the same conviction, applied again.
